Policies

Office Hours

The office is open from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. each day.  If there are issues after hours or an emergency, there is always a staff member available to assist.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and Check-out is 11 a.m. The hotel office closes at 10 p.m. If you are going to arrive after 10 p.m. please call us at 541-994-4121 to make arrangements.

Housekeeping Service

The quality of your stay will be ensured by our fine staff. Housekeeping service is available 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. We are always happy to deliver fresh towels and additional amenities as needed during your stay.

Reservations

To reserve a hotel room guests must be 18 years old. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee. During some holiday time periods, an advance deposit of one night may be required.

Cancellation

We require 72 hours’ notice to cancel. If the cancellation is made with less than 72 hours’ notice we will charge for the first night of the stay.

Dogs

We allow 1 dog per room 45 pounds or less. The dog is $20 per night. The dog may not be left uncrated in the room. We have crates to borrow if needed. We only allow dogs; no other pets are permitted in the rooms. Dogs are allowed on Oregon beaches off-leash as long as they are under voice command.

Rooms

All our rooms and decks are non-smoking, and dogs are only allowed in dog-friendly rooms. Guests will be charged a $200 fee if they smoke in a room.

Parking

Guests may have one car per room.  Two Bedroom Suite guests may have two cars.  Our parking lot can be a bit challenging for larger vehicles due to low clearance, and a steep driveway.  

Hot Tub

The hot tub is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Towels are provided in the hot tub area.

Beach Fires

Fires are permitted on the beach. All fires must abide by the Oregon Coast state parks guidelines – Oregon Shore State Recreation Area. During very dry periods fires may be banned.

Tsunami

In the event of a tsunami, sirens will sound. If you hear the sirens follow the posted tsunami evacuation signs to higher ground. There is a weekly tsunami warning system test on Wednesday. During that time the siren will only go for 20 seconds.
